The Whole Self Approach

You are a multifaceted being with many layers to your wholeness. As we begin our work together, we create maps of these layers, allowing us to see where you are already strong and where you need support. We see where outdated stories are holding you back. We see your genius and help you feed it. We then create a plan tailored to your specific goals and needs to help you achieve them.
You will learn to develop skills through Somatic Experiencing®, yogic training, guided visualizations, creative habit-building, functional medicine, and nutrition.  We’re here too when you just need rest-through private restorative yoga or acupuncture.
The goal of this work is to build resiliency and self-trust so you can go out and lead an authentic, meaningful and joyful life.
