NEW MOON RITUAL: HEART
Wednesday Feb. 11th 6:30-7:45 PM PST
NEW MOON RITUAL is a monthly lunar ritual that activates archetypes as muses and resources for your wellbeing.
Each symbol unlocks different mind-trainings from yoga, Buddhist, somatic, and creative disciplines. Moving throughout the year from meditating on pure consciousness to meditating on your elemental qualities and key influences in your life, you are learning to familiarize yourself with various parts of yourself through practice, so you can call them forward when you need them.
In HEART, you will move, meditate and create with Lovingkindess as your muse. You will: 1. Learn Lovingkindness meditations. 2. Begin to draw a beautiful heart that artistically holds the energy of lovingkindness for you. 3. Be given inspirational and philosophical readings and recordings.
This meeting kicks off a month-long WhatsApp hold where you can opt-in to connect with other participants and share your creativity.
