new moon ritual
Wednesday, September 9th, 6:30 – 7:45 pm
NEW MOON RITUAL is a monthly lunar ritual that activates archetypes as muses and resources for your wellbeing. Each symbol unlocks different mind-trainings from yoga, Buddhist, somatic, and creative disciplines. Moving throughout the year from meditating on pure consciousness to meditating on your elemental qualities and key influences in your life, you are learning to familiarize yourself with various parts of yourself through practice, so you can call them forward when you need them.
In HEARTH AND HOME, you’ll touch into what home means to you, harmonize your home, recenter on nourishing foods, and tend to your community. You’ll learn about the central channel in yoga, and meditate on it to find your center wherever you are.
These gatherings are intimate, gentle, and powerful ways for you to connect to your big imagination and the hearts of other participants.
What to expect (loosely):
1. Arriving and Grounding (5min)
2. Introduction to moonthly theme(s) (10 min)
3. Gentle Movement with Embodied Imagery (20 min)
4. Guided Visualization (15 min)
5. Creative Time (Sketching, journaling) (20 min)
6. Sharing and close
chime postpartum support program
Groups are 9 weeks long and start on Sep.2nd for new mamas and Sep.21st for 2nd/3rd timers.
Chime Postpartum is a support program for new or 2nd/3rd time moms (with babies 6 months or younger) and is unique in a few key ways:
1) In addition to checking in and sharing experiences, you will learn a short but potent curriculum of tools from the Vipassana Meditation tradition as well as other therapeutic tools that Ashby, the facilitator, has tailored specifically for the postpartum mind and heart.
2) There is nourishing organic FOOD served at each group meeting.
3) Ashby Lankford, LMFT, who facilitates, also provides a one-on-one support call for each mama each week.
4) There is a fun and engaging (optional) daily texting element to the program that creates continuity of connection throughout the week and deepens the learning of these new tools.

What are you carrying that isn’t yours?
Family patterns can show up in strange places: in who you love, how you relate to money, what you can’t seem to change, or why you don’t feel like you’re fully living your own life.
Family Constellations is an embodied practice for seeing what’s underneath the pattern and finding a different way forward.
Discover what becomes possible when you’re no longer carrying what isn’t yours.
